"Hedgehogs & Elephants" - Fred Kinbom (2009)
"In a word, lovely. Kinbom has one of the gentlest voices I have heard; it flows like a trickling mountain stream. [...] This album is gorgeous, understated, intimate, beautifully written and performed with a rare sensitivity." 4.2/5 - Shakenstir (UK)
Fred Kinbom's debut full-length lap sliding album, featuring 12 beautiful and unique songs, many spiced up by great guest musicians on percussion, double bass, accordion, fiddle, steel drum and more. Recorded deep down underground in the heart of Stockholm, in a Moroccan-style hut in a Lewes garden, on the edge of Fred's bed, out in the lush Sussex countryside and onboard a German train; mixed in summery suburban Stockholm and mastered deep inside the forest up in the hills of Santa Cruz, California - now it's all condensed into a little shiny disc, resting in a nice digipack sleeve, anxious for you to have a listen! Some audio samples are available in the music section, and there is a video trailer further down on this page! Use the PayPal button below to order the CD.

To buy the single, please click on the PayPal button above. The two songs will be e-mailed to your PayPal registered e-mail, or any other e-mail address you wish (just mention it as a note with the payment). "Frozen Jungle Entertainment" - Frock (2002) - Pre-lap slide album by Fred Kinbom
"Skirting round the edges of straight-forward accessible pop, Frock might be described as quirky, with their spaced-out rustic charm and subversion of traditional pop values." (BBC Radio 1)
